Mission:
The mission of the Douglas County Public Health agency is to protect, maintain, and improve the health of individuals, families and the community.  Douglas County Public Health envisions all people having an equal opportunity to attain their highest level of physical, mental and social well-being.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED:                                                       
Our office is located at 725 Elm St in Alexandria.  We occupy the southwest office area of the Douglas County Services Center.  The main entrance to our office is in the middle of the west side of the Services Center building off of Elm St.  There is parking available south of the building and along Elm Street.
