Homestead Application

 Please read  Applying for the Homestead Classification and Requirements for Homestead Classification before filling out this form.

Complete the entire form if this is your primary residence. If the property is not your primary residence, just check the appropriate box and sign the form.

If you are eligible to apply for homestead, please be sure to complete every part of the application or we will have to return it to you for completion. If something does not apply to your situation, please indicate this in the appropriate space, but please do not leave it blank. Please apply for your new drivers license(s) and update your voter registration before you complete this application. If you list previous addresses for either of these, your homestead will be denied.

Your property could also be eligible for a "Relative Homestead" classification if a qualifying relative occupies your property as his/her primary residence. Please call our office for additional information if a relative resides on this property.
