Sign Permits

With few exceptions, a sign permit is required to erect a sign on any property. In all zoning districts other than commercial and industrial, a Conditional Use Permit is required.

In addition, there are restrictions on the size and permitted locations for signs. For more information on sign restrictions and permitting please see Section V of the Ordinance, call Land and Resource Management at (320) 762-3863 or email: LRM@mail.co.douglas.mn.us.
