WHAT
WE DO:
The Information Technology Department Head position
is an appointed position. The department has 5 employees.
Douglas County Information Technology provides voice and data technology
services to county government. This Department also provides various
other support services such as central mail.
WHERE
WE ARE LOCATED:
The Douglas
County Information Technology office is located on the second floor of the
Douglas County Courthouse. There is public parking available on
the southwest side of the Courthouse. Entering the building from
this parking lot, there is an elevator in the lobby to take you to floor
2. Or if you prefer, go up the short flight of stairs and the stairway
to the second floor is on your left. The Information Technology department
is a short distance down the hallway to the right. Enter through
the door located directly across from the elevator. The door is
equipped with a security access lock. However, the department is
open to the public during the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm and no security
access is needed to enter the front office area.
